Brandon Call
LPL Investment Advisor Representative
Brandon was born and raised in the Tidewater area of Virginia and has no plans to ever leave. A graduate of James Madison University, he has been in the financial industry since 2007 with a specific focus on wealth management and financial planning since 2016 . During college he served in the United State Marine Corps, graduating number one in his Marine Combat Training class out of over 500 Marines and later served as a vehicle commander in Fallujah Iraq. His goal was to commission and serve a full career in the Marine Corps but an injury in Iraq lead him to his backup plan, finance.
Brandon’s service to his country was always his first calling but service to others was second. His passion for financial planning is rooted in seeing hard working people who let their anxiety around money drive them to indecision. People will do anything to alleviate their anxiety, but often those pressures leave the inability to decide on each “next step” and complete a transaction. Focusing on long term strategy, these fears can be managed in comprehensive financial planning. Far too often people delay acting until the “right” time. His firm belief is that anyone who is educated in in the basics of how financial planning works can be armed with the tools to make better decisions for their family. Brandon feels his role is to educate, plan, and guide people through the process so that they don’t feel anxiety around their retirement goals. He takes a risk balanced approach factoring in market, economic, and geopolitical factors to build a bespoke retirement plan for each client.
Brandon and his wife Christen share two boys who keep them busy through sporting events, community, and church involvement. Brandon’s family focus activities around their love of adventure. The great outdoors is their playground, whether time is spent in the bay, reading history, taking historical tours, and participating in church activities.
