Rachel Hickman

Rachel Hickman has joined Colonial River’s Newport News office, leveraging her experience in Wealth Management and Communications.  As a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, she coordinated client interactions, managed financial portfolios and utilized various financial planning resources. 

Previously, while residing in Indiana, Rachel held director roles at Evansville Museum and Reitz Memorial High School where her positions included the oversight of external events, internal meetings, fundraising, membership, alumni relations, and donor engagement.

With a passion for communication, Rachel has extensive experience in graphics, social media, content management and diverse communication channels. 

Rachel is a graduate of Purdue University in Indiana where she obtained her Bachelor of Liberal Arts.  She and her husband reside in the peninsula, enjoying the local area.
